Welvini uses cookies and similar technologies to run welvini.com, remember your choices, measure the performance of the platform and personalise advertising when you allow it. This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use and how you can manage them at any time from the cookie banner or from your browser settings.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and SDKs, which behave in a comparable way for the purposes of this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We group cookies in four categories: strictly necessary (site operation, load balancing and security), functional (language, region, session preferences), analytics (aggregated usage statistics that help us evolve the product) and marketing (measurement of Google Ads campaigns, remarketing and conversion attribution). Only strictly necessary cookies are activated by default.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Welvini implements Google Consent Mode v2. This means that until you make an explicit choice in our banner, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are set to denied, and Google tags run in a limited mode that transmits pings without cookies. When you accept the corresponding categories we send a consent update that unlocks the full functionality of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
4. Third-party providers
The main providers involved are Google LLC (Google Ads and Analytics), our hosting supplier and the security services that mitigate abusive traffic. Each of them acts as an independent controller for the data they receive and applies its own privacy notice.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can update your preferences at any time from the ‘Manage preferences’ button in the cookie banner, which reopens whenever you delete our cookies or use a new device. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge), keeping in mind that some functionalities may stop working properly.
6. Storage of your decision
Your choice is stored in a technical local storage entry called welvini_consent_v2. This entry never contains personal identifiers and its only purpose is to remember your consent for up to twelve months, after which we will ask you again.
