Privacy Policy
At Welvini S.A.S. we design each experience so that our investors, prospective clients and website visitors keep control over their personal data at every moment. This document explains, in plain language, the information we collect through welvini.com, what we do with it and the rights you can exercise under Argentine Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the LGPD-aligned frameworks that apply to residents outside Argentina.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller responsible for your personal data is Welvini S.A.S., CUIT 30-71785432-9, with head office at Torre Confluencia, Av. Argentina 1247, Piso 7, Oficina 705, Neuquén Capital (Q8300), Provincia del Neuquén, Argentina. You can always reach our privacy team at privacidad@welvini.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect what is strictly necessary to build a serious investment tool: identification data (full name, national identity number, tax identification, date of birth), contact data (email, phone, postal address), financial profile information you voluntarily share, technical data such as IP address, device model, browser, coarse geolocation and browsing information generated by cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Legal grounds and purposes
We process your data to fulfil the contract you sign when you join Welvini, to comply with legal obligations (anti-money-laundering, tax and consumer-protection duties), to serve our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform, and, only when you give us explicit consent, for marketing communications, personalised advertising and the measurement of campaign performance through Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Data retention
Documentation linked to investment operations is kept for ten (10) years after the end of the commercial relationship, as required by AML rules. Marketing consents are stored while they remain active and up to six months after their withdrawal. Anonymised statistical information may be retained indefinitely because it no longer identifies you.
5. Sharing your data
Your information is shared exclusively with escribanías and notaries who formalise the transactions, banks and payment processors that execute settlements, independent auditors, technology providers under confidentiality agreements (mainly hosting inside the European Economic Area) and, if required by law, judicial or administrative authorities. We never sell your data.
6. International transfers
When we use suppliers located outside Argentina we require them to sign the standard contractual clauses approved by the Argentine data protection authority (AAIP), guaranteeing an equivalent level of protection.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your data, object to specific processing, withdraw consents and file a complaint before the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip). To exercise these rights simply write to privacidad@welvini.com attaching a copy of your national identity document.
8. Security
We apply technical measures aligned to ISO 27001, including end-to-end encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, audit trails and continuous monitoring. Every incident with a potential impact on your data is analysed within 72 hours by our internal security committee.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or new features. We will notify material changes through the platform and, when needed, via email. The version currently in force is always displayed on this page along with its date of update.
