These Terms & Conditions govern the use of welvini.com and the services offered by Welvini S.A.S. (‘Welvini’, ‘we’). By browsing the platform, creating an account or requesting information you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of the following clauses, please stop using the platform.
1. Who we are
Welvini S.A.S. is a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic in 2021, registered under IGJ N° 12.847.253 and CUIT 30-71785432-9, with head office at Torre Confluencia, Av. Argentina 1247, Piso 7, Oficina 705, Neuquén Capital (Q8300), Provincia del Neuquén, Argentina. Our activity is real estate crowdlending, connecting individual investors with audited developments.
2. Services offered
Welvini provides a digital environment where you can consult investment opportunities, review technical, legal and financial information, allocate capital to a specific project and follow its evolution. We do not act as a bank, we do not receive deposits and we do not offer guaranteed returns.
3. Eligibility and account
To operate you must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful information and pass our KYC and AML procedures. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for every action performed from your account. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4. Investment risk
Every investment in real estate development carries risks inherent to market evolution, construction execution and macroeconomic variables. Past or projected returns do not guarantee future results. Before allocating capital you must read the specific documentation of each project, understand its risks and take an informed decision, ideally with the support of an independent advisor.
5. Fees
Welvini receives a structuring fee paid by the developer and a success fee applied on the returns actually distributed. The specific figures are detailed in the sheet of each project and in the framework contract that formalises your participation.
6. Intellectual property
The Welvini brand, logotypes, texts, renders, source code, databases and audiovisual materials are protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. Any use that is not expressly authorised, including reproduction, adaptation or commercial exploitation, is forbidden.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welvini will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or damages derived from decisions taken exclusively by the user. Nothing in these terms limits the guarantees provided by consumer-protection legislation.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts when there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms or non-compliance with regulatory obligations. In such cases we will notify the affected user, whenever it is legally possible, and we will keep open the channels needed to recover the capital linked to already active projects.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Neuquén, without prejudice to the specific consumer forums where applicable.
